Setting Up a kununu Account

Registering for kununu is free of charge and is necessary in order to submit reviews and prevent manipulation. For example, registration serves to keep competitors and competing applicants from being defamed through review comments. Registration also prevents employers from posting a number of great reviews for themselves and thus falsifying results and distorting reality and objectivity. It also prevents redundant spam reviews.

Though you don't need an account to read reviews on kununu, there are several benefits in a free kununu membership:

  • Control over your reviews (able to edit reviews after they're posted )
  • Easily follow companies to be notified of new reviews or responses to your reviews
We do ask you to provide an email address as this is how we notify a user if there is a violation of the kununu review guidelines. The registration process via email also ensures that there are no automatically generated users (spam).

To setup a kununu account

Click on "My kununu" in the upper right corner of the screen.


Scroll down beneath the green “Log In” button and click on "Register now." Fill out the necessary information to create your account.


You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. By accessing this email in your inbox, you will be able to log in to kununu after confirming your account.


If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spelling and ensure there were no typos when entering your email address. Also, check your spam folder in case you're using an email account with strict spam filters that could have intercepted the confirmation email.
